At the beginning of every project our sales representatives will meet with the client to gather all the details relating to the job. Following this, we will draw up a fair and honest budget as well as the scope of work for the project. Once the client has signed off on this we will appoint a Project Manager to ensure the utmost standard of work, timing and communication. Depending on the scale of the project, a Foreman or a Lead Tradesperson will be appointed to ensure impeccable craftsmanship.
At every step of the way, our Office Manager will keep all the details organized, while you will have direct access to a Customer Relations Representative in the event any tweaks are needed to the job.
