General Liability Insurance is a must for any good contractor. We carry a policy worth up to $3 million dollars, ensuring peace of mind for all our clients.

We are fully licensed to carry out business throughout the majority of the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

Flooring

Yes. Above & Beyond Concepts offers a full range of home and commercial tile installation services. Whether it’s kitchen tile, bathroom tile or commercial foyer, we are happy to create an individualized solution that works for your needs.

As each project has unique circumstances, we will establish the scope and your needs before creating a tentative schedule. We promise to keep you informed at every step of the project.

Yes. We have extensive experience in strata buildings and are happy to work within their policies. We are also happy to provide specification sheets your strata council will require.

Above and Beyond Concepts is committed to using the highest quality materials in our projects. We offer a wide variety of materials that are eco-friendly and sourced from respected vendors.

Yes. We recommend our clients allow at least 48 hours for flooring to acclimate to their home. Separation and buckling is a common risk for flooring that isn’t given time to acclimate. We follow the manufacturers specifications as all flooring products vary.

Renovations

Yes. We are happy to provide this service to our clients. Having Above and Beyond Concepts pull a permit on your behalf will save you time. Municipal officials will often ask questions about a project before issuing a permit. Our staff are best qualified to answer these questions on your behalf, preventing hours of back and forth with officials.

We are happy to remove walls as long as they aren’t load bearing. Otherwise, a support beam needs to be added.

Each home and office presents a unique set of circumstances. We will provide a schedule of work as well as a detailed scope of work. A good renovation is one handled with the utmost of care.
